I am still deep in the process of grieving for Gertrude but first I want to extend my condolences to Heidi and Nicole Steimer, Avrom Shtern, Phillip, Heidi's daughters, and everyone else grieving the passing of this outstanding human being. You all knew her for a lifetime and you are so blessed. I am forever grateful that you allowed me to care for her the past 3 years - which has been one of the greatest blessings of my life!
Our beautiful Gertrude finally got her wings and was able to fly away from PR and escape her wheelchair. She is back with the loves of her life; Rollie and Queen. And if everyone has made it to Heaven, we know it is Gertrude. God bless her and she is finally in peace and enjoying great health and love again.
