Obituary of Betty Burdett

Burdett, Betty 1924-2015 Our creative mother passed away in Maxville, Ontario on Wednesday, June 24. Married to the late Douglas Burdett for sixty-four years, they moved exactly fifty-four years ago to Cedar Park, Pointe Claire. Born in the West Country, she landed with her mother at Quebec City and travelled to Conway, on the front of South Fredericksburg to reunite with Bill and live the now historic days of the Bay of Quinte. Always to be missed by her loving family: Mary Higginson(Gordon); Robert Burdett( Mimi Keenan); Adam Higginson(Melanie Conway)and George Burdett, Brian and Patricia, Ainsley Higginson, Colesie and Taylen; her sister Mary Brisbin (the late Perry), Donald Maunder( Jocelyn), the late James Maunder(Joy), and many nieces and nephews ; and her supportive friends from Cedar Park.
