Terry I am so sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. My aunt Margaret Hodge now lives here in London so I visit her most afternoons. I will let her know today as I know she was very fond of your Mom too. I am now retired so I have more free time to visit her. Margaret and Adolphe were the first people Lionel and I met when first moving here back in 70's. They were so welcoming and kind. Margaret invited us over for some wonderful meals. We loved her voice and laughter. She was a beautiful woman in every way....in her gesture, deeds and way of being . Bless you Margaret and your family. May you always be in peace.
What very sad news. My heartfelt condolences to her family. She was a lovely lady and I have been lucky to know her.
The loveliest of human beings. If one was fortunate enough to have met Margaret and have had the good fortune to have enjoyed time with her, one should consider one’s self privileged. Enjoy your rest, Margaret - long earned and well deserved.
Deepest sympathies to the whole Wyss clan on the loss of such a wonderful, loving mother and grandmother. I have the fondest memories of spending many hours in the Wyss kitchen as a child. I loved her wonderful sense of humour and still remember her advice on driving in Montreal traffic: “Shut your eyes and go!” In later years, I was always delighted to bump into Margaret in Vankleek Hill, she was always so friendly and kind. Such a truly lovely person.
Please accept our sincere condolences. Margaret was always so friendly and kind. Just a lovely person. She will be missed by many in our community. Jeff and Anne Warnock.
