Condolences
Christine was the dearest friend I ever had! The years we spent time together in Vancouver were filled with many wonderful talks and visits! Her faith in God was very evident through everything she did. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and family. Christine, I will see you in heaven one day!
Dear Eleanor and Curtis : I was so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing...but she lived a long and great life didn't she? I am so glad to have had her in my life - particularly in my ' younger' years -- my "Tinta" I used to call her! And she of course, had 'fond' nicknames for me too.! I remember when she used to bring you 3 kids to the prairies for summer holidays - I have pictures of you at our home--one in particular I remember is of her giving you Eleanor and Marvin a bath in the wash tub - out on the lawn!Yes, those were the days.! And good times at your place when I stayed with sister Ruth in 1954 in Vancouver..and at Dunbar church...
Well I could likely goon and on, but I really wanted to send you my sympathies, and thought this was the best way, since I don't have your address in Ont. And is Curtis still living on Dunbar St.??
How long has your Mom been with you in Ont.? I didn't even know that. I keep in touch with Asbjorg's daugther Ev and she sent the obituary to me via e-mail. Just a note of interest your Mom passed away on my mother's birthday!! I'm sure there is rejoicing, and singing and lots of talk going on in heaven!!
Remembered lovingly, from Anna and Morris (he can remember staying at your Grandma Hanna's place in Camrose sometime when we went to Bible School there!!)
Will think of you prayerfully.xoxo
Eleanor I was so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was a sweet lady and I'm sure she will be missed. My sympathies to your family. Lynda xo

"She flew up to Heaven on the wings of angels By the clouds and stars and passed where no one sees And she walks with Jesus and her loved ones waiting And I know she's smiling saying Don't worry 'bout me" - Alan Jackson I am sorry for your loss. I feel honoured to have gotten the chance to know Christine. She is one of the sweetest/kindest people I have ever met. It wasn't hard to see that she truly loved each and every one of you. She lit up everytime any of you walked in the door, or called to talk to her on the phone. Anytime you were away she was always thinking of you, and always wondering when you'd be back. "May you always have an angel by your side Watching out for you in all the things you do Reminding you to keep believing in brighter days Finding ways for your wishes and dreams To take you to beautiful places May you always have an angel by your side Someone there to catch you if you fall Encouraging your dreams Inspiring your happiness Holding your hand and helping you through it all" I believe you now have a wonderful angel watching over you all. You have my deepest sympathies. Love, Annie xoxoxoxo
