To: Uncle Roy
To a man that taught me many things in life, from taking the time to show me the beauty of Nature to showing me how to cast a line. Growing up you were more then a cottage neighbour, to me you were/ still are family... My Uncle Roy! It came as a shock to me today when I was told he had passed, it feels like yesterday Auntie Susie and I were in their kitchen baking a cake. And Uncle Roy would come in and they would connect eyes and without saying a word, you could tell they were saying I love you I just wish I could have said good bye.
Love: Tamra Hurter

Our sincere condolences to the Biedermann family from Pat & I.
I give you this one thought to keep I am with you still— do not weep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn’s rain. When you awaken in the mornings hush, I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night Do not think of me as gone— I am with you still—in each new dawn (unknown author) Jennifer, Alyson and family, condolences....

My sincere condolences to you Susan and your family. My prayers are with you.
Dad you are my hero, a father that I respected and loved so much. We always talked on the phone for more then an hour and it always felt like ten minutes, we laughed and laughed. Your passing has left an emptiness in my heart dad. I am trying to cope and I know you would look at me and say I must be strong. You taught me to be tough in this life and I will continue to be tough. I am going to go on like we all do one painful day at a time, however when the day comes for my passing dad I look forward to seeing your big smile and open arms to welcome me home. I love you bigger then the sky. I will always be your Wushta put. Jennifer Biedermann your loving daughter.

I am so sorry for everyone's loss, including my own. I am in shock at Roy's passing however I take comfort in knowing that I will always carry him in my heart. Roy played a huge role in my youth - I can attribute my love of good food, of swimming in a brisk Quebec lake, of walking on a cold winter night, and of so many other things, to Roy. I have also learned, through Roy, the joy of having life-long friendships. Roy's generosity, presence, warmth and sense of humor are how I will remember him. It is a sad day for us all, and we will always remember Roy with a great fondness. xoxox Lysa
