Obituary of Ben Carroll Sides

Sides, Benjamin Carroll W.W. II Veteran, U.S. Navy Peacefully at his home on Thursday May 14,2015 Ben Sides of Hawkesbury passed away at the age of 90. He is survived by his loving wife Eleanor and her sons Jim Mullin (Shelley) and their children Liam and Hannah, Brien Mullin (Jennifer Black) and their son Blake. Also survived by his Texas family; his children Carol Staggs (Roy), Charles Sides and Becky Solley (Chuck). His cherished grandchildren Preston and Alan Willis, Lisa Spurlock (Kyle), Bryan and Brandon Lee and his great- grandchildren Zane and Dylan Spurlock. His sister Doris Ruth Wahlenmier and sisters-in-law Doris Mae and Ernestine. Fondly remembered by his many cousins, nieces and nephews both in the U.S and Canada. Predeceased by his first wife Wanda Bost and his brothers Billy and Donald. In respect to Ben’s wishes, there will be no visitation. His cremated remains will be taken home to Texas for a family remembrance and burial. In memory of Ben, a donation to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
