It is with great sadness when I heard about the passing of Donald. I always enjoyed seeing him and speaking to him and also you Barbara. I know we didn't see a lot of each other but I have lots of fond memories that my brother Dale told me about him. Please accept my condolences. Joy Fraser Hall
I had the pleasure to meet with Mr Mcphee a few times through his interest in municipal politics. I always came away from these meetings a lot smarter. I want to extend to Mrs Mcphee my sincere condolences and I wish her all the strength necessary to cope with the loss. Gerry Miner
Never one for a fuss, but always happy to share a story and a laugh. We will miss you, Faw. Our hearts are full of sorrow to see you go. Much love to all the McPhees.
Many years ago Barb and D.F. opened their beautiful home to us (my husband Jim and I) on a very special evening. Jim and I will treasure forever your kindness and thoughtfulness in making that evening feel very special to us. Jim and I wish to send to you, Barb, and your family our heartfelt sympathies.
Please accept my deepest condolences to the Fraser and McPhee families. Dean Leduc
Over the years as former Road Superintendent, I had the upmost respect for Donald. His word with a handshake went a long way. On behalf of myself and Karen, we wish to send our sympathy to Barbara and family for your loss.

We love you and we will miss you, Faw. I cherish all of my memories with you and Gamma. Love, Mikie, Ashley, Carter and your future great-grand daughter, Charlotte
My deepest condolences to Grandmother, my mother Joanne, Uncle Andrew, Uncle Mike, Aunt Marge and my entire family. Gamma and Faw's home was my favorite place to visit as a child and I cherish all of the memories I have with Faw (DF). I will never forget fishing and swimming in the pond, mucking around the Muskrat Pond, and how all of the trout came to the surface when Faw drove his El Camino down to feed the fish pellets. Christmas's at our grandparents home were magical for all of the grandchildren thanks to the warmth and hospitality of Gamma and Faw. I was able to visit Gamma and Faw when I was much older, and I had the opportunity to spend time with Faw in his office down in the garage, enjoying a few warm Carling's and swapping stories with him. I am incredibly thankful for these memories and I will miss Faw very much. Thank you for everything you did for our family and for being a great Grandfather to us all. Love, Mikie
Dear Barb and Family I am so sorry for your loss. I would like to thank you for always making me a part of your extended family. I will always cherish those special memories.
I learned of Donald's passing while visiting the Prescott Russell Residence on Sunday. He was a wonderful friend to me my whole life and I shall miss him very much. My sincere condolences to Barbara and the family. I was so lucky to have you as my second family from my date of birth forward. My last visit with him he called me Diana Lynn and I never ever heard him call me anything but Lindy my whole life. It took me by surprise and at the same time made me happy. You will have many happy memories to help you through this sad time. Love Lindy

To Barbara and the family, our sincerest sympathy. We will be missing Don for a long time, especially his phone calls and wealth of information on VKH's colourful history. He certainly was one of a kind and a wonderful friend.
