Desjardins, Isidore At the Hawkesbury General Hospital with his family by his side on Monday February 9,2015 Isidore Desjardins of Vankleek Hill passed away peacefully at the age of 99. Beloved son of the late John Desjardins and the late Yvonne Lacroix. Loving and devoted husband of 71 years to Marguerite (née Ranger). Proud and loving father of Aurèle, Rolland (Colombe), Jean Pierre (Sylvie) and André (Manon). Predeceased by his daughter Denise. Adored grandfather of Jean Marc, Sylvain, Pascale (Michel), Mélanie (Emmanuel), Stéphanie (John), Eric (Rachel), Marc-André (Cynthia) and Carl. Dearly loved great-grandfather of 8 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Roger Desjardins (the late Rollande) and Evelyne Lalonde (Rhéal). Predeceased by his sisters Thérèse Duval, Cécile Duval, Valora Cadieux and his brother Russell Desjardins. Also fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit at Hillcrest Funeral Home 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill on Wednesday February 11,2015 from 7 to 9 pm and Thursday February 12, 2015 from 9 am to 10:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian Funeral at 11 a.m. at Saint-Grégoire-de-Nazianze Catholic Church 137 Higginson Street, Vankleek Hill.
