Obituary of Kenneth Allen

Suddenly on Sunday February 13, 2011 Ken Allen in his 82nd year. Predeceased by his parents R. Leslie Allen and Eva Graham. Loving husband for 50 years to Jane Allen (nee Warrington ). Proud father of Sara, Scott and Faye, Kent and Lorraine. Grandpa Allen to Chris and Amélie, Katie and Matt, Becky and Emma. Predeceased by his grandsons Matthew and Garett. Caring brother of Lillian Perkins, Gordon Allen, Eunice Nixon and Helen Cameron. Loving brother-in-law of  Margaret McNaughton and Peggy Smith. Predeceased by his sister-in-law Prudence Malcomson and his brothers-in-law Irwin Perkins, Lloyd Nixon, Donald Cameron, Alwin Malcomson and Alex McNaughton. Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Hillcrest Funeral Home 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill on Wednesday February 16, 2011 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday February 17, 2011 at St. John’s Anglican Church 5845 Highway 34, Vankleek Hill at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Ken for the soccer field to Champlain Minor Sports 36 Mill Street Vankleek Hill, ON K0B 1R0 would be appreciated by the family.
