Dave, and family, I send deep felt condolences for the loss of your Mom. I knew her as Mrs. Jones, of course. I remember your mom to have the wisdom, kindness, good humour and calm demeanor of a perfect tv Mom. I fully respected her and felt relaxed with her always. I am glad that for a time I got to be around your mom.

My clearest memory of Jackie was her smile, laugh and her sense of humour. She was a cool mother, an amazing musician and an artist. I was so fortunate to have the pleasure of seeing her a lot at our cottage when I was very young. She inspired me with all things that were fun and especially funny. She was one of a kind and a beautiful spirit. Love to Dave and his family.

I was deeply saddened to hear about your mother’s passing. Though I only met her once, I could immediately tell how kind and special she was. I admired her incredible talent and the beautiful barn paintings she created. Her strength of character was truly inspiring, and it’s clear that she passed that same strength down to you.
