Obituary of Elisabeth Schroeder

Mrs. Elisabeth Schroeder, originally of Lingelbach, Germany, passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday April 25th, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Manfred Schroeder as well as her dear sister Maria Pfeiffer. She leaves to grieve her beloved children, Karin (Rainer), Ulrich and Viola (Brian) as well as her cherished grandchildren, Felix, Judith and Melissa. She also leaves behind one brother-in-law and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. The family would like to thank the staff of Hawkesbury and District General Hospital for the excellent care and attention, as well as a special thank you to Elisabeth’s close friends who went to the hospital to visit her. 

A Funeral Service will take place at a later date.  In lieu of flowers,  those wishing to honour Elisabeth's memory are encouraged to donate to The Hawkesbury and District General Hospital Foundation 

A Tree of Remembrance for Elisabeth will be planted in the McAlpine Forever Forest in Vankleek Hill.
