Obituary of Isabel Dewar

Peacefully at the Maxville Manor on Thursday, March 6, 2024 Isabel Dewar (née Low) of Vankleek Hill passed away at the age of 92. Predeceased by her parents James and Mamie Low. Beloved wife of the late Allan Dewar. Loving mother of Karen and her husband James Cowan. Dearly loved grandmother of Shanna (Pascal Delorme) and Christopher. Cherished great-grandmother of Parker and Arya. Predeceased by her beautiful grandaughter Ashley. Also predeceased by her brothers, Charles, Jim and Keith and her sisters, Margaret and Marion.

The family would love to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of both the Maxville Manor and the Heritage Lodge for the excellent care they provided.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service at the Lachute Protestant Cemetery in Lachute, Quebec on Friday May 31^st, 2024 at 11 a.m.

For those who wish, donations to the Beau's Ovarian Cancer Walk would be greatly appreciated, as this was a cause she held near to her heart.

A Tree of Remembrance for Isabel will be planted in the McAlpine Forever Forest in Vankleek Hill.
