Christel Herta Jenett

1931-2023

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Mrs.Christel Jenett of St. Bernardin on December 15th at the age of 92.  She was the beloved wife of the late Siegfried Jenett and loving mother of the late Klaus Jenett.  She will be greatly missed by her daughter Cornelia (Corrie) Jenett, her grandson Christopher Jenett and daughter-in-law Cathie Jenett, as well as her brothers in Germany: Siegfried Gortz and family and Dieter Gortz and family. 

We would like to thank the staff at the Prescott Russell Nursing Home and the doctors and nurses at the Hawkesbury General Hospital for their great care in looking after her.   Christel will forever be remembered for her warmth and kindness to all.  Never will her memory fade. 

A gathering for friends and family in her memory will be announced at a later date.  For those wishing to make a donation in memory of Christel may do so at The Heart and Stoke Institute.

A Tree of Remembrance for Christel will be planted in the McAlpine Forever Forest, Vankleek Hill.
