Obituary of Mary Forrest

 

Peacefully at the Prescott Russell Residence, on Monday October 23,2023 Mary Forrest (née Chuby) passed away at the age of 97. Predeceased by her parents Michael Chuby and Pearl Mehalchuk. Beloved wife of the late Art Forrest. Loving Mom of Shirley Conway (Ron).  Dearly loved grandmother known as "Baba" to Sherry (Eric Gelineau), Lori-Ann (Steve Roque) and Melanie (Adam Higginson). Cherished great-grandmother of Alicia, Steve, Alex, Tatiana, Taylen, Colesie, and Ainsley. Fond great-great-grandmother of Landon, Zakarie, and Riley.  Dear sister of Rose Williston and Helen Flis. Predeceased by her brother Peter and her sisters Anne , Olga and Irene. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

 

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 11 am at Saint-Joachim Catholic Church 1994 Main Street, Chute à Blondeau. Family will be present from 10 am to receive condolences. Interment Saint Joachim Cemetery, Chute à Blondeau followed by a reception at the Chute à Blondeau Community Centre.
