Obituary of Denise Ciardella

It is with sad hearts that we announce on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at the Montfort Hospital Ottawa, Denise Ciardella (née Lalande) passed away at the age of 84. Beloved daughter of the late Ubald Lalande and Therese Lalande (née Leduc). Loving wife of the late Pelly Ciardella. Caring mother of Glen Millar and Lorraine Millar. Dearly loved sister of Claude Lalande (Colleen) and Rachel Piche (Gerry). Predeceased by her brothers Yvon and Robert. Adored grandmother of Jennifer Phamisith (Som) and Sara Millar. Great-grandmother to Ayden and Noah. Loved family member to Maureen. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and special friends Carolyn, Sky and K.C.

A Mass of Christian Funeral will be celebrated on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 11 am at Saint-Grégoire-de-Nazianze Church, 137 Higginson Street, Vankleek Hill, with the family receiving condolences at 10:00 am. Interment Saint Jean Baptiste Cemetery, L'Orignal.
