Stokes, Claudette (Née Dupuis) After a brief battle with cancer Claudette Stokes of Vankleek Hill passed away peacefully on Monday June 1, 2015 at the age of 75. Predeceased by her parents Wilfrid Dupuis and Eva Larocque. Loving mother of Carole Massia (Ron), Rod Vernier(Marge), Linda Vernier (Alan Cummings), Maurice Vernier, Brenda Hodder (Tony)and Gilles Vernier (Sarah). Predeceased by her son Roch. Cherished grandmother of 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. Predeceased by her great-grandchildren Joshua and Hailie. Dear sister of Ghislaine Golding. Predeceased by her brothers Hubert and Guy and her sister Nicole. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.A Mass of Christian Funeral will be celebrated at Saint-Grégoire-de-Nazianze 137 Higginson Street, Vankleek Hill on Monday June 8,2015 at 11:00 a.m. The family will be present from 10:00 a.m to receive condolences.
