Obituary of Frank Webber

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Webber, 79 years old, of Hawkesbury, formerly of Corner Brook, Newfoundland; after battling a short illness, at home, on Sunday, February 27, 2022. Son of the late Marie Webber of Corner Brook, Newfoundland. Loving husband of Susie. Very proud father of Nancy, Frankie and Donnie (Erika). Dearly loved Pop of Logan, Elizabeth, Emily and Liam.

Frank will be greatly missed by his furry companion Oreo and all of his furry grand babies. He always had a treat nearby and loved the babies! He also loved getting his face washed by little Oreo. I’m sure up in HEAVEN, all of our HEAVENLY furry babies are right by his side, and he is loving it!

He is survived by his sister Brenda (Ed) and Extra special sister Gertrude and his brothers Dave (Judy) and Jim (Catherine) all from Newfoundland. Predeceased by his brothers Joseph (Justine) and Tom (Marg) and sisters Barbara (Brian) and Catherine (Francis).

Frank came to Hawkesbury from Newfoundland, in 1973 with his wife and children, to work at the steel mill which was just opening -Eastern Steel Casting (Ivaco); once they arrived, they thought they would never stay- 35 years later he retired from Eastern Steel Casting. He made a wonderful life and home for his wife and children! He was a loving husband, father and Pop, he would do anything for his family! Always there for his family!  His family was always # 1 to him! He will be missed but never forgotten! He is an ANGEL watching over his FAMILY now! May the Lord be with You and all of Us!

Please join the family on Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 2 to 4 pm at the Hillcrest Funeral Home 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill to share a nice memory of Frank.
