Obituary of Lewis Marston Cass

CASS, Lewis Marston Retired Agriculture Canada, 42 years Passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on Friday, January 30, 2015 ,at age 90. He is survived by his loving wife Lois of 62 years, his four children; David (Debbie), Debra, Donna (Andre) and Jeff (Heather). Dear Grandpa to Jessica, Adam, Wade and Cody and Great-grandfather to Madisson. Predeceased by brother Jim and sister Margaret. He will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Lewis will always be remembered for his fun sense of humour. He loved life and was a friend to all. He loved to farm and was an enthusiastic curler for 50+ years. The family would like to thank Hillel Lodge of Ottawa, Dr. M. Malek and especially the Second Floor East staff for their exceptional care. Friends and family are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue (at Richmond) Ottawa, on Thursday, February 5th from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Then, visitation Friday, February 6th from 11am-2pm at the Hillcrest Funeral Home, 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill, until time of the Service at 2pm. Interment to follow in Spring at Cassburn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County or the charity of your choice, would be appreciated.
