A Tree of Remembrance has been planted in memory of Phil.
I’m so sorry for your loss. I remember many times Phil coming to visit you and when he came to my Chanukah parties. He always had such an upbeat attitude and good sense of humor. May his memory be for a blessing.
As a loving son, he took our mother into his home and cared for her during the last 5 months of her life. As a brother, brother-in-law and uncle he was always fun to be around and spend time with. For many, many years each winter he would come to live with us in California for a couple of months until he was no longer able to travel. We then only got to visit with him every year or two when we could come to Canada. We did get to visit last year to celebrate his 85th birthday. His nieces, Robin and Sherri and their families mourn his loss, as do we, and we will all miss him. He will live on in our hearts and all the beautiful stained glass pieces he created.
The Levenstone, Lewis and Jackman Families have planted 3 trees and made donations to both the Hawkesbury and District Hospital and District General Hospital Foundation and the Residence Prescott Russell in Phil's memory and in tribute to Trevor Gould for all he has done for Phil over the years.
May Phil's memory be for a blessing.
