Condolences
In memory of my beautiful aunt, my mother's beloved sister, a donation has been made to the Red Cross.
This Tree of Remembrance has been planted in Glady's memory by Bernard Goodman
So sad to hear of Gladys's passing. She befriended my mom when she moved to Rideau Place from Victoria BC. They had their differences once in a while but they were great friends. My mom spoke so well of Gladys. I always enjoyed visiting at tea time at Rideau with Gladys and her friends. We had many a laugh. Gladys was a wonderful lady. Please accept my deepest sympathies.
I have wonderful memories of Mrs Conway from when they lived on Derby Avenue. I spent lots of time there when I wasn't in school and I was "helping" my Dad on the truck. My deepest sympathies to all of you. You were there for us when my Dad died and I remember your Mum crying when she and your Dad came to Dad's wake. Debbie Pichie
To our cousins, friends and, of course, former neighbours. Please accept our deepest condolences. May all your fond memories assist you at this difficult time. It is true, we know Wayne, Velma & Faye but, Larry, Brent & Carl, we feel we know you just as well.
Deepest Sympathies Faye Sincerely. Barry and Wendy Goodfellow

May 18, 2020 A tribute to a wonderful person who will be missed on this earth but very much welcomed to her heavenly home. Today my mother passed away and now I am feeling mixed emotions, sad because she is truly a gem of a person and she will be missed and happy because she is no longer suffering the pains she had to endure but even better she is back with her family and friends from before. Thanks mom you are very special to me and I know you love me because I have always felt it from you. Congratulations, you have lived a good life you have been a great example, you have loved, you have suffered yet you always kept your faith in God. He lives, he loves you and now is the time to be reunited with him and our saviour along with your family and friends that have missed you since they have passed. Looking forward to that great reunion when we are all back together again, when we can talk about the wonderful experiences we have gone through in this world and you are a very big part of my story. Thanks again, love you, your son Brent Conway
Our deepest condolences to the family.
A Tree of Remembrance was planted by Mark and Lisa Henderson and the Hillcrest Funeral Home Staff.
