Condolences
Deepest sympathies to the Oswald Families on the loss of such a grand lady. Joye was secretary at VCI while many of us attended school there. She likely kept a lot of us out of the Principal's office far more than most will ever know. A truly beautiful lady inside and out. Trusting that fond memories of good times spent together will comfort all of you in the days that lie ahead. Celebrate her life!
