Claude Ramsay and Jean Doris Barton

Peacefully at the Hawkesbury General Hospital Claude Barton passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020 at the age of 83, his beloved wife Jean (née Carkner) passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at the age of 82. Loving and proud parents of their son Scott.  Claude is predeceased by his parents George and Alexandra Barton. Jean is predeceased by her parents George Carkner and Matilda Sabourin. Claude is survived by his sister Lois and sister-in-law Barbara Barton. Predeceased by his brother Carl. Jean is survived by her brother Myles Carkner (Caroll). Predeceased by her brothers Ellis, Dick, Lyle, Everett, Cecil, Earl, Stanley, Clifford, Gerald and her sister Shirley Hall. In respect of Claude and Jean’s wishes, a Private Family Service will be held at a later date. In memoriam donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
