Peacefully on Monday, July 8, 2019 with her family by her side, Ann Stewart (née Barton) passed away at the age of 73. Predeceased by her parents Harold Barton and Frances Howes. Proud and loving mom to Shawn (Patty), Emily (Ben Gauthier), and Lance.  Wonderful grandma to Kirsten, Colby, Caleb and she will be deeply missed by her much loved grandson Alex. Dearly loved sister and best friend to Myrna Clemens. Predeceased by her sister Joan. Adored niece of Anna Mae Barton. Ann always saw the good in people and she will be fondly remembered by her many relatives and friends. At Anne’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Family and friends are invited for a gathering to remember Ann at one of her favourite places, Nicko’s Resto-Bar 17 High Street, Vankleek Hill on  Tuesday, July 16,2019 from 3 pm to 6 pm. In memory of Ann, a donation to the CHEO Foundation would be appreciated.
