My thoughts and prayers are with all of Hildred's family and friends; she will be dearly missed. I remember the times my mom, Pat, (her niece) and my dad, Art, took us to visit Uncle Roney and Aunt Hildred's place in Vankleek Hill, as young children. I remember hearing the transport trucks going by the highway at night, their grandfather clock, their sunny backyard where we ate outside and big breakfasts in the kitchen. I especially recall the warm generosity and love Aunt Hildred (and Uncle Roney) always showed us and how nice it was to stay with them. I am so thankful I had the opportunity to visit Aunt Hildred in June with my parents. It was a pleasure to be in her company. All my love, Mary.

To all of Hildred's family ,Bev and I unable to be with you but are keeping you in prayer .At Morning Prayer last Sunday the lay reader spoke of the importance of being humble and kind as we journey through life and those are two words which apply to Hildred along with many others - patient ,loving ,hospitable ,faithful in every way .I miss the letters filled with news of all the families ,often with a little poem or picture tucked in .Sharon ,I have been thinking so much of those on the other shore finally being able to shout "here she comes!' She loved you all so much and you will miss her terribly . A wonderful sister-in-law and I loved her .

My deepest sympathy to all of you. Aunt Hildred was a lovely, kind, and gentle lady. I have so many fond memories of her visits to New Brunswick with Uncle Ronie and with them at their home in Vankleek Hill. My thoughts are with you all.
