Our deepest sympathy to Joye and the girls, James you sure will be missed by the residence of Vankleek Hill who all knew you as the kindest man, who always had the kindest words for all, I had the pleasure of working for James thirty some years ago when he was on the Town Council, if only everyone could follow in your footsteps.....James gave me a bottle of Mateus wine when I first started working for The Town and till this day I still have the bottle and still remember the kind words he said to me that day...every time I met him he would laugh, Willa did you drink that wine yet...no James saving it to have a drink with you. Well James that bottle will still stay right on top of my cupboard as a reminder of you....R.I.P James....
Very sorry for your loss. James always took the time for a little chat. Such a gentleman. We used to tease him that we lived on the best street in Vankleek Hill. "Oswald Street"
