Celebration of Life
Condolences
My deepest condolences to the Deacon family. It is with great sadness that I heard of the passing of my friend Charles Deacon. I knew Charles for over 10 years. Every year I would go hunt on his land and I would go see him for a chat. I will miss him dearly. He was a kind and generous person who always made me feel welcome. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Please know that my thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
Mr.D was a good neighbour and we became friends over the years.
Charles loved chatting with people and he definitely slowed life down to engage his passion with everyone.
We developed a working friendship processing firewood over the years but more often than not more trees flourished than fell to the axe.
I will miss our conversations about everything and there was nothing left unsaid.
Charles taught me not to be in a rush to get through life it’s not a race and no prize for finishing first.
I will miss him and certainly never forget him.
